Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet care and grooming items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
We do not accept returns for:
• Used grooming products
• Opened hygiene-related pet products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without original packaging
• Gift cards, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need help with an exchange, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
